The Artist

An individual with an impressive range of interests, Evan is one of a handful of creative minds who truly can say he feels something in relation to his work, and strives moreover to express his thoughts in his art. From childhood, his family has been art-orientated and has encouraged his desire to pursue the arts. Through the years he's immersed himself in as many forms of art as possible - from paint to poetry to graffiti and metalworking. Though his medium of choice seems to chance as often as his whims and interests aside from artwork, Evan strives to put whatever medium he's using to the best use possible, and with each creates something truly worth giving study.

Evan studied photography beginning at Palo Alto High School in California, although his love for it expanded beyond just the dark room in school. Since moving back to the East Coast, he enrolled in Tufts University and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts to persue a Bachelor of Fine Arts. As a freshman he took up welding, and fell into the world of metal sculpture. Since first picking up a torch, Evan has turned out thought-provoking pieces that interact with their onlookers as much as provide a "living" accent to any art collection.
